DTF Film Storage & Handling Instructions:

Store in a cool, dry place (Temperature: 60-75°F / 15-24°C).

Keep away from direct sunlight and high humidity to prevent warping.

Avoid touching the printed side with bare hands to prevent smudges or contamination.

Use within 6 months for optimal print adhesion and vibrancy.

Keep film flat or rolled loosely to avoid creasing and damage.

Garment Care Instructions:

Wash garments inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle.

Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.

Tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve the print.

Do not iron directly over the design.

Resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch) for crisp, high-definition prints.

Design Specifications:

Transparent Background: For best results, remove any unwanted backgrounds in your design.

No Mirroring Needed: Upload your artwork as it should appear on the final product; we handle mirroring automatically.

Outline Text & Expand Strokes: Convert fonts to outlines to avoid missing or substituted fonts.

Avoid Low-Quality Images: Pixelated or blurry images will print at lower quality.

Sizing & Layout:

Maximum Width: 22 inches (Height varies based on selected gang sheet size).

Safe Zone: Keep important design elements at least 0.5 inches away from edges to prevent trimming issues.

Gang Sheet Layout: You can place multiple designs on one sheet—make sure they are spaced properly for easy cutting.

Color & Print Expectations:
